1992 Ferrari 348 ts

Finally! A nice 348 hit the market today.

Brought to market by Bring-a-Trailer and offered by a private seller out of Lemoore, California, this targa variant is coated in what looks to be a lovely factory rosso corsa finish; common, sure, but striking nonetheless.

Notable are this example’s tasteful and easily-reversible mods — the fog light tint, the Fabspeed exhaust, and what looks to be a vintage radar detector. Not to meantion the extremely desirable Speedline SL886 wheels (see my buyer’s guide here)

I have a few extremely minor nick picks below, but from what I can tell this looks to be an extremely nice car. Bid freely!

Estimate: $87,000

My thoughts:

  • No notes, really. Looks very nice. Personally I would remove the shields and the yellow tint and call it day. I might also get a better exhaust.
  • Do the normal things: get paint meter readings, make sure the HVAC functions, as well as the “mouse belts”
  • Obviously the red “lowers” are aftermarket but they look better so I don’t judge them. Many were done by dealers before sale anyway.
