UPDATE 3/8: Seller added new pics of the underside and the right side of car claiming the there is no color mismatch – you decide. Also added clairification as to what the edge of the door cards should look like.
Today we have a fairly crisp, low miles, ‘bianco’ targa fit for the iPad generation, but with stories worthy of the Cold War generation; accidents. I’m saying it’s been in an accident.
Offered to us via Bring a Trailer, this 348 is a private party listing carrying under 17K miles, which I consider low for the age and for the model. The white over tan is a can’t-go-wrong color combo that will equally draw attention yet never be accused of being flashy.
Our example has two folding keys, a factory exhaust, factory cats, and a Bluetooth head unit — all pluses in my book.
I’d like to see paint meter readings!
Estimate: $69,000

My thoughts:

- Bumper gaps are vey inconsistent left to right
- Possible paint issue – runs? — under front passenger’s fender.
- Shade of white seems inconsistent. Could be lighting. Would like meter readings.
- Seat belt flaps missing on both sides. For this mileage I would expect to see the passenger’s in tact.
- Door card fasteners are inconsistent and wrong.
- Labels and markings on vents are almost all the way faded.
- Under tray a bit chewed up.
